We accept all major credit cards. PayPal, Credit Card, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and American Express.

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you made the order. No cancellation or changes can be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.

Once your order has been (partially) refunded you will receive a refund confirmation email. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the top status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information. To further ensure your security, we use state-of-the-art SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use. View the privacy policy. We don't store credit card information on our site.

*Due to covid-19 still being an issue for most delivery companies it is not uncommon to expect delays.
All orders are dispatched with 48h. Please allow 7-15 days for your order to arrive.

We ship directly from our overseas location in order to cut costs and be able to offer you the ultimate sleeping pad at the lowest cost possible.

We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders. No additional fees or surprises.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to track your order at https://www.aftership.com/ Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

If you don’t get your order 20 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@north-peaks.com. We’ll either resend a new order or give you a full refund if preferred.

Contact support@north-peaks.com immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed.

In the rare case that you receive a damaged sleeping pad please get in touch with us and we will arrange a replacement. No questions asked.

If you decide that the ultimate sleeping pad isn't the right fit for you and you would like to get a refund. Please get in touch with us within 30 days after receiving the pad and we will do what it takes to offer you a solution.
